1098-T forms are available online!
You will need the following information:
- Site ID: 11482
- Username: Student ID (900#)
- Password: If this is the first year you are receiving a 1098T from Clayton State, use the last four digits of your social security number. You will need to change the password upon your first login.
- Password: If you are a returning student, use the password that you created previously. The Clayton State Bursar's office does not have this information!
All 1098Ts from 2016 or before must be requested from the Bursar's office.
